COMMISSION TYPES:

-Complexity Fees apply to characters with complex designs and/or copious accessories.
-Additional characters are always full price added on, unless the view of them is obstructed.
-All Digital commissions come with a transparent and a simple background.
-All Traditional commissions have no background by default.
-Payment in USD through Paypal only; I will send an invoice you can pay off.

Pencil sketches are done only in graphite pencil only and are uncoloured;
coloured sketches are done in pencil, lined over loosely in ink, and coloured with a mix of markers and coloured pencils.
A digital transparent version and/or a solid coloured background (digital or traditional) can be added for additional fee(s).

Lined pieces are outlined and coloured by a mix of markers and coloured pencils.
Transparent or solid coloured backgrounds can be added for an additional fee.

TERMS OF SERVICE:

This document lays out the general terms of service one commits to when applying for and/or buying a commission from me. Breach of my Terms of Service can or may result in blacklisting from my Commissions/Adopts/YCHs and/or any other service or service type of mine. Please keep these terms in mind when applying/ordering and purchasing a commission or other form of content from me. By sending payment for a commission or product, including adopt/character/design sales, etc. you automatically acknowledge and agree to all terms listed here.

GENERAL:

-I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
-Clear references must be provided when applicable.
-My art style may change and fluctuate over time.
-I will not alter my art style to suit your tastes.
-Complex or characters with copious amounts of apparel/accessories are subject to a complexity fee.
-I will not accept nor draw any AI generated or AI-contributed designs or characters.==
-My working days and hours are posted on my Trello. I may be unreachable outside of these times/hours, please allow for the next working day if you have not heard from me. I will also attempt to immediately update the status card with any sudden changes.
-Updates are posted on my Trello; please refer to your commission card before inquiring about updates. You are entitled to updates and communication when you have commissioned me, but please check here first for progress.
-I cannot guarantee to meet deadlines. Attempts will be made to work within a reasonable timeframe, but please allow for flexibility.
-You will have up to a month to request any corrections or changes to your commission after completion. Requests past that timeframe will not be considered unless further paid for.
-Private commissions can be accepted and will be honoured. Please include this request when applying.
-Any aspect of my Terms of Service is subject to change at any time.

USAGE:

-You may not repost or use any of my art that you do not have the rights to.
-You may repost and use your commission for personal (non-commercial) use; credit must always be provided when doing so. You may upload it to character storage websites, use the art as an icon on profiles, display the art on your profile, etc., as long as credit is given. You may print out your commission for personal (non-profiting) use.
-You may not use your commission for commercial use unless discussed and agreed upon.
-You may not alter or edit my artwork in any way. This includes, but is not limited to: removing my signature/watermark, drawing over the art, recolouring the art, adding your own effects, cropping out backgrounds or elements, etc. Cropping your commission to use as an icon, a forum banner decoration, etc., is allowed with credit being given back to me. Please speak to me regarding changes and fixes with your commission if edits need to be made right after completion.
-You may not trace, copy, or reproduce my art. This includes but is not limited to: tracing your own or someone else's commission, or art of mine you do not have the rights to, copying my art, attempting to recreate one of my drawings, characters, or designs, etc.
Reposting permissions are extended to other persons if that art piece was created for them and funded by you (such as a birthday gift). Permission is also granted when there is preexisting art of a character and that character is sold/gifted/traded/etc, to another person or is now owned by you.
-I have the right to use and post all of my artwork however I would like. My art can and will be posted publicly to my profile(s), used for examples, used for self-promotion, used for portfolio work, used for paid content (such as Patreon), etc. Agreements can be discussed, made, and honoured, for work requested to not be displayed publicly.
-If a commission is canceled and refunded, I reserve the right to repurpose my work. All features, if any, will be removed from the drawing and I will or may repurpose the art for personal use, YCHs, adopts, etc.

PAYMENT:

-Payment is done through Paypal via invoice.
-Payment must be paid in full before I will start working on your commission.
-Fees are considered as part of the payment and must be paid upfront as well. For additional fees acquired during the commission process, these must be paid off immediately to resume work when applicable.
-Payment must be made within a week of ordering, otherwise the slot/commission is automatically forfeited.
-I reserve the right to cancel and/or refund a commission for any reason at any time.
-Rush orders are accepted and are priced on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire when ordering. A 'rush order' means for your commission to be given priority in the queue.
-I offer partial refunds based on the stage of which your commission has progressed to.
-Refunds will not be given for adoptables/designs/character sales/etc.
-Tips are accepted although not required. Tips are not considered part of payment and will not be refunded. Tips are assumed when the commissioner pays more than the agreed price.
-Fraudulent chargebacks will result in blacklisting.

NSFW:

-You must be 18 years old or older to commission NSFW art.
-In the event that genitals are drawn, they will be humanoid. No exceptions.
-NSFW commissions are subjected to a specialty fee and will cost more than SFW commissions.
-I reserve the right to refuse a commission if the subject matter makes me uncomfortable.

CUSTOMS DESIGNS AND ADOPTABLES:

-After purchasing, you retain the rights to your character.
-I retain the rights to any and all art I made for the character/design.
-You may use the character for personal use. This includes posting them to personal galleries/profiles, using them in roleplays, original works, or other activities, using them for self-expression, creating and commissioning art of them, etc.
-You may not use the character commercially. Agreements and fees can be discussed and applied to be exempt from this term. For general sales and rehoming of characters/designs, please see below.
-Credit must always be given to me for creation and art. All other terms of usage apply here.
-If the character or design is revamped, credit must still be given to me for the original design, as well as any art created by me.
-Owning the rights to a character created/designed by me does not exempt you from any terms listed here.
-You may sell/trade/gift/etc. the character.
-You may sell the character for more than what you bought them for if and only if more art was made for them during your period of ownership. If no art was added, you may sell them for equal to or less than what their initial sell price was.
-All sales are final on premade adoptables and designs.
-Holds are allowed and will be granted per situation and by duration on a case-by-case basis. Abuse of holds (repeated use of holds without successful payment) will result in me revoking your ability to use holds.
